New buyer intake

Buyer information sheet.

Congratulations on the purchase. This is everything we need to prepare accurate closing documents and hold your date. About ten minutes, and you can photograph your documents straight from your phone.

Please don’t enter sensitive numbers here.

No Social Security numbers, no loan account numbers, no bank details. We collect those through a secure channel closer to closing. And the one that matters most: we never send or change wiring instructions by email. Call us on a number you already have before moving any money.

About the buyer(s)

Names here go straight onto your deed and title policy, so please enter them exactly as they appear on your identification. A missing middle initial can hold up a closing.

Property and closing

Whether a survey is required depends on your lender and on the property. If one is needed we will order it on your behalf and tell you the cost before we do.

Not applicable to most condominiums.
Lender

That acknowledgement is not boilerplate. Wire fraud is the largest financial risk in a real estate transaction and one phone call prevents almost all of it.

How you will take title

How you hold title determines what happens to the property if one owner dies, and it has real consequences. We are not able to advise you on which to choose — that is a question for an attorney. Say ‘not sure yet’ and we will raise it before closing rather than let it default.

Documents and identity

Photograph them with your phone or upload files — PDF, JPG, PNG or HEIC. Useful ones: passport, marriage certificate, trust or entity documents, a power of attorney, or your loan pre-approval or commitment letter.
