Authorization and signature I, the undersigned borrower or owner of the property described above, authorize the mortgage lender(s) and loan servicer(s) named above, and their successors and assigns, to release to Stalwart Settlement Services and its designated agents any information concerning the loan(s) secured by that property — including the current payoff balance, per-diem interest, escrow balances, loan status, and anything else needed to close this transaction. This authorization remains in effect until closing is complete. A photocopied, faxed or electronically transmitted copy of this authorization is as valid as the original.
